About Daniel England

As CFO for Sequitor, Daniel England leads financial strategy, capitalization, and execution across the company’s multi-market data center development platform.

At Sequitor, Daniel provides executive oversight of capital structure, project-level and program-level budgeting, and the primary cost drivers of data center delivery, including building systems, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, owner-furnished equipment coordination, contingency management, escalation risk, and long-term operating cost modeling. He plays a central role in aligning development budgets with revenue strategy, investor return profiles, and operational performance requirements.

Daniel brings disciplined financial leadership and a proven record of executing complex, capital-intensive developments with more than $500 million in completed and active projects. His experience spans urban mixed-use, historic and value-add renovations, high-rise multifamily, and industrial and flex redevelopment, providing a deep foundation for managing mission-critical infrastructure investments.

Daniel is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), past President of the Nebraska CCIM Chapter, former Region 5 Regional Vice President for the CCIM Institute and a licensed real estate agent in Nebraska.
