About Daniel Fuhrman
Mr. Fuhrman is an accomplished executive with an outstanding track record building businesses, accelerating growth, and creating unprecedented business success. His primary expertise includes business leadership, scaling for growth, financial management, capital raising, M&A transactions and deal structuring, business integration, and process improvement. Dan’s industry experience includes: IT consulting services, data centers and MSP’s, workforce management solutions, automotive retail services, staffing and talent acquisition, SaaS businesses, industrial manufacturing, and construction.
Some recent experience includes: as CEO of Codeworks, Dan acquired and grew this IT services company from 23 accounts to 40 accounts and expanded the operating footprint from 7 states to 27 states. Dan was Co-founder and CEO of Warr Cloud, a SaaS provider of automated warranty claims processing for automotive dealers, today serving 400 dealers nationwide. Previously, as CEO of Geometric Results, created through M&A transactions, Dan built the largest independent contingent labor managed service provider with over $5 billion in spend under management. Also, he was Co-founder and CFO of General Sports Venue, a synthetic turf and athletic venue construction business. He has participated in many other private equity buyout transactions as an investor, operating executive, and M&A consultant. Earlier in his career, Dan worked at Bain & Company, Masco, and General Motors. Born and raised in Detroit, Mr. Fuhrman has also resided in Boston and Chicago. Dan Mr. Fuhrman holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering degree from Wayne State University.
Mr. Fuhrman is active in several philanthropic and volunteer endeavors, including the Advocate Aurora Healthcare Foundation, Hillsdale College, the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra, Lake Country Classical Academy, and local public school boards.
